We are pleased to help you develop a local chapter of the Ohio Association for Infant Mental Health (OAIMH). To assist you in this process, our database coordinator, Ms. Twinkle French (see below for contact information), will send you mailing labels for potential chapter members in your region, including current OAIMH members and other individuals who have expressed an interest in Infant Mental Health. You will need to send the current Vice President of OAIMH (see contact us), the following information as specified in the OAIMH By-laws, Article III, 3.2:
  1. A list of your members (must have at least 5 who have fully paid OAIMH membership dues). See OAIMH membership form.
  2. A list of the Officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer) for your chapter.
  3. Statement of purpose consistent with the By-laws of OAIMH (see OAIMH By-laws, Article II, 2.1).
  4. The name of your elected member to the Board of Directors of OAIMH*.
  5. Preferred Name for your chapter.
Once items #1-5 have been received, you will be sent a letter confirming your chapter affiliation.

*Since each affiliated chapter is entitled to elect one voting member to the Board of Directors of the Association, that individual will be sent information regarding the date, time and location of the next Board of Directors meeting.
